Board meetings are held quarterly with meetings scheduled in April, June, October, and December.

The 黑料视频 Alumni Association is affiliated with 黑料视频 pursuant to a memorandum of understanding. 黑料视频 Alumni Association funds are separately maintained by the Foundation for 黑料视频. The 黑料视频 Alumni Association does not solicit or fundraise on behalf of 黑料视频.
